Who are we?

‍ ‍

“We are not human beings

who are learning to be spiritual beings.

We are spiritual beings

learning how to be human beings.”

The incredible gift that we have been given, the gift of life in this universe of wonder, leaves us exploring who we are on a continual basis, as it is an ever-changing wonder.

The one thing that never changes is our connection to the infinite source of all creation.

Remembering that connection, through all of the challenges that we face in this life, is a challenge all on its own.

The spirit of the “Joyful Father”, or “Tatananda”, is dedicated to reminding us of that connection, and offering helpful hints for expressing that connection in our daily lives.

Together, in joy and gratitude for what we have been given, let us continue…

What do two peaceful warriors have to say?...

Quotes from Tatananda Sojuschinko – available in Paperback, Hardcover and eBook

‍       Born to the rolling steppes of Mongolia and the nomadic life of hard work, dedication and discipline, Sanji Sojuschinko learned to ride a horse and hunt from the back of it with a bow and arrow soon after learning how to walk.  A tribal proverb was and still is, “A man without a horse is like a bird without wings.”

With nature dictating the rhythms of life, the path to survival was one that demanded a serious and sincere level of self-governance and communion with his fellow tribespeople.  This created in him a sense of connection to the rest of humanity such that, in spite of all the cruel behavior of people toward one another that Sanji witnessed in his life, he never stopped feeling that connection, and the love among one another that he knew was there… always… somewhere…

‍ ‍        Living in a time of global warfare and social upheaval, the Tatananda was a witness to the effects of the shifting sands of regional governmental changes at a level of intimacy that few people have been given the opportunity to experience.

‍ ‍        Searching for the basic roots of human relationships and ways of being that transcend the structures of governmental systems, he studied the works of many of the great thinkers of the world to find the common threads of philosophy and connection between all people.

‍ ‍        This book is a distillation of his thoughts regarding his understanding of what can enable a person to live as a free and happy human being.

The author of these two books, Seymore Jacoby, is and has been a student of philosophy, politics and religion, and their resulting ideologies, for most of his life.

When he discovered the thoughts and ideas of Tatananda Sojuschinko, he was so moved by the simplicity and clarity with which the Tatananda expressed himself, that he felt compelled to pass them along to others.

He wishes you to know that he feels himself to be merely a conduit for the messages that Tatananda Sojuschinko wanted to share with the world and, as such, desires no more credit for his work than that deserved for simply organizing and sharing that which was shared with him.

He hopes that, in this sharing, you find the clarity of thought and peace-of-mind that this has brought to him.
